We all feel clueless sometimes, like we skipped the class on an obvious life skill and showed up naked to the exam. It’s too late to ask anyone to go over the lesson, so we have to trudge through it and learn the hard way. Or do we?
The Hard Way Learner seeks to create a safe space for people of all ages to learn those skills they may have missed or didn’t know they needed along the way. I do this by sharing my own trials and tribulations in travel, relationships, my career, and the basics, giving advice based on what I learned the hard way. My hope is to spark conversations where people are comfortable sharing their own experiences and asking questions. That way, others don’t have to go through the inconvenient and/or embarrassing situations I’ve been through! Learn more about my personal journey here.
As a bonus, if you subscribe to this blog, you can also join our Facebook group, The Hard Way Learners. There you can share the lessons you’ve learned the hard way or ask others for advice. We’ve all got those embarrassing things we don’t know, so no judgement here!
